About the Music Department

The music department at Lake Academy offers a wide variety of musical groups and ensembles.  Such groups are: Guitar group, Elementary Choir, Primary Choir, Chamber Choir, Band, Xylophone group, Drum Line, solo opportunities and various classroom recorder groups by grade.  The music department has also offered the opportunity for students to auditon for Broadway Junior Musicals in past years with the stagings of "Annie Junior" and "Aladdin Junior".  The department hopes to keep producing these widely popular shows in coming years.  Throughout this website, you will find information regarding performance schedules, rehearsal schedules, performance groups etc.  Feel free to check these pages out and if you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact the school.  Thanks for visiting and take care.
